Stark & Stark is proud to announce that Joseph Gable, Esq. has been certified by the New Jersey Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney.
“New Jersey Certified Civil Trial Attorney” is a designation granted by the New Jersey Supreme Court to attorneys who demonstrate sufficient levels of experience, education, knowledge, and skill in civil trial practice.
A New Jersey attorney who is certified by the Supreme Court as a Civil Trial Attorney must be a member of the Bar in good standing for more than five years, fulfill ongoing legal education requirements, demonstrate a substantial level of experience in civil trial law, be favorably evaluated by other attorneys and judges, and pass a written examination.
Joseph is a member of the firm’s Accident & Personal Injury group where he represents individuals that have been killed or have suffered spinal cord injuries, traumatic brain injuries, and other catastrophic injuries resulting from the negligence of others, including automobile crashes, premises liability, including slip and fall, elevator and escalator injuries, and snow and ice related injuries, and product liability matters.

Evan J. Lide, Esq. recently secured a $1.8 Million verdict for his client, a woman who suffered a Traumatic Brain Injury and orthopedic injuries after tripping and falling at a wedding venue. The trial was presided by the Honorable Christopher D. Rafano, J.S.C. in New Brunswick, New Jersey.
Stark & Stark’s Information Technology (IT) department donated 15 laptops to Collège Privé Sainte Philomène (CPSP), located in Ouagadougou, Burkina Faso. Stark & Stark would like to thank everyone who made this initiative possible, including CPSP Founder Françoise Beremwoudougou and Assistant Network Administrator Vincent Yameogo.
