Stark & Stark is pleased to welcome Thomas Kellerman, Esq. to our Hamilton office. Thomas is a member of the Investment Management & Securities Group, where he provides legal counsel to financial service entities including investment advisers, broker-dealers, public and private investment companies (e.g., mutual funds, hedge funds, etc.), insurance brokers/agents, CPA firms and their employees. He helps his clients with issues pertaining to registration, compliance, liability, and litigation issues.
Prior to joining Stark & Stark, Thomas served as a Commercial Real Estate Law Clerk for a law firm in Melville, NY, and served as a Summer Law Clerk to a law firm in Hackensack, NJ. He previously worked at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he managed clients’ accounts encompassing over forty million dollars in assets.

Founded in 1968, the PAJ was formed to meet the state’s need for a cohesive and effective organization with the purpose of upholding and defending the legal system, including trial by jury. Their mission is to promote a fair and effective justice system while supporting attorneys to ensure that clients who have been injured by misconduct or negligence can receive justice.
Ian is a member of Stark & Stark’s Accident & Personal Injury Group. He concentrates his practice on catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims, with a particular focus on crashes involving tractor-trailers and other commercial vehicles.

Stark & Stark is shining a spotlight on each of our attorneys who have been promoted to Shareholder this year.
Christopher Weidman is a member of the Accident & Personal Injury Group in the Hamilton office. He focuses his practice on wrongful death, spinal cord injuries, and other catastrophic injury cases resulting from automobile crashes, products liability, and premise liability.
“I’m incredibly honored to have been invited to become a shareholder of Stark & Stark. Stark & Stark is proud to announce that Chinsu Shajan, Esq. has been elected to the New Jersey Women Lawyers Association (NJWLA) Executive Board for the 2023-2024 year. She will serve on the Marketing Committee.
The New Jersey Women Lawyers Association works to “engage in statewide efforts to support and promote its members to the highest levels of law firms, government, academia, community and corporate positions, and the judiciary, to endorse qualified female attorneys for appointments to the state and federal judiciary, and to foster leadership and inclusion among its membership.”
Chinsu is a member of Stark & Stark’s Accident & Personal Injury Group where she concentrates her practice on catastrophic personal injuries. She is the Chair of Stark & Stark’s Associates Committee, Co-Chair of the firm’s Mentoring Program, and a member of the firm’s Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Committee.

Stark & Stark is proud to announce that Shareholder Domenic Sanginiti was presented with the American Association for Justice (AAJ) Distinguished Service Award during the Board of Governors Meeting on July 18th in Philadelphia, PA. This award recognizes members of the AAJ Board of Governors who during the past year have been of special assistance to the president of the organization. Domenic previously received this award in 2022.
“I am grateful to be a recipient of the Distinguished Service Award,” said Domenic. “I am appreciative to our immediate past president, Tad Thomas, for the opportunity to assist him with his goals during his presidency of the American Association for Justice.”
Domenic is a member of Stark & Stark’s Accident & Personal Injury group. He focuses his practice on representing people who have suffered spinal cord injuries, and other catastrophic injuries, including death, resulting from motorcycle crashes, automobile crashes, premises liability, and product liability.
