From my wife and family who support me and allow me to pour myself into my work, to the attorneys, paralegals, and secretaries I work with every day, there are many people that have helped me along the way,” said Joseph. “It is always great to have your hard work recognized, but honestly not much has changed, and I think that is a compliment to the culture at our firm. From the day I started as an associate, even the most senior shareholders treated me as an equal and never less than. That is a huge part of what makes me so proud to join their ranks!”
