BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Ken Zuber received his B.A. in Political Science/History from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and his J.D. from the Valparaiso University School of Law.  While at Valpo, he attended a summer legal studies program at Cambridge University, England, taught by U.S. Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia; worked in the law school’s pro-bono legal clinic representing low-income families; and clerked for several plaintiff’s attorneys and the Wisconsin Court of Appeals back home in Milwaukee.

Rodolfo “Rudy” Rodriguez-Chomat, MBA, MSHRM, is the Vice President of Strategic Partnership for Synergy in the South Florida area, including, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Naples and Fort Myers. In this role, Rudy is charged with developing and cultivating new business from personal injury firms throughout South Florida in lien resolution, Medicare set-asides, attorney fee tax deferrals, and  government benefit preservation.

Brandon Kahan is the Vice President of Strategic Partnership in the Greater Los Angeles market for Synergy. In this role Brandon partners with trial attorneys and their plaintiff clients in the critical and complicated issues that arise during settlements including healthcare lien resolution, Medicare Set-Asides, preservation of government benefits and attorney fee deferral programs.

Mark Mannino is Vice President of Strategic Partnership with Synergy, serving clients throughout the Philadelphia Metro area.  In this role, Mark partners with trial attorneys and their plaintiff clients to address the critical and complicated issues that arise during settlement.  These issues include healthcare lien resolution, Medicare compliance, and public benefit preservation techniques and tax deferral mechanisms for contingent legal fees.  Mark is responsible for overseeing the company’s business development strategies, plans, and initiatives.

With nearly 20 years experience advising law firms on legal research, Ryan brings a unique understanding of law firms to the Texas region. Through thousands of firm consultations, Ryan has helped firms streamline workflows, fatten bottom lines and improve client outcomes. To Ryan nothing beats the freedom of being on a bike, and he enjoys live music, old cars, and the Austin food scene. Ryan is a proud alum of Elon University.

Troy McCoy is a Senior Director of Strategic Partnership. In this role Troy partners with trial attorneys and their plaintiff clients to address the critical and complicated issues that arise during settlements, including healthcare lien resolutions, Medicare Set-Asides, and attorney fee deferral programs.

Justin Cates is the Director of Strategic Partnership in the Phoenix market for Synergy. In this role Justin partners with trial attorneys and their plaintiff clients in the critical and complicated issues that arise during settlements, including healthcare lien resolution, Medicare Set-Asides, preservation of government benefits and attorney fee deferral programs.

Anthony Mastriano is the Ohio and western Pennsylvania Market Director of Strategic Partnership for Synergy. He partners with trial attorneys and plaintiff clients to address critical and complicated settlement issues, including healthcare lien resolution, Medicare Set-Asides, and attorney fee deferral programs. Dedicated to providing professional service to his clients, Anthony has established long-term relationships based on delivering reliable, positive, documented results.

Chad Van Every is a Strategic Partnership Manager for Synergy. In this role, Chad partners with attorneys at outside firms to maximize the recovery for clients and families. He assists with everything from navigating Medicare compliance to lien resolution, and government benefits preservation, all in an effort to maximize clients’ results after life-altering injuries.

Lindsey Kelly is a Strategic Partnership Manager for Synergy. In this role, she partners with personal injury attorneys to assist them in their goal of maximizing their clients’ results after life-altering injuries. She assists with everything from navigating Medicare compliance to lien resolution, and government benefits preservation.

Jeff Lee is a Strategic Partnership Manager for Synergy in the Pacific Northwest and is based in Seattle. In this role, Jeff partners with law firms to help attorneys and their clients navigate complex issues involving insurance subrogation and healthcare liens.

Antonio Martinez is the Manager of Strategic Partnerships at Synergy, focusing on the firm’s cornerstone relationships and providing consistent strategic support. He brings over 20 years of experience in business development, operations, and building strategic partnerships across multiple industries. In his role, he applies his leadership and regulatory expertise, including experience with SEC compliance and filings, to cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners, drive strategic growth, and enhance operational efficiency. He thrives in environments where he can design systems and processes that serve people, not just numbers, while maintaining a focus on integrity and measurable results.

Jonathan Ross is a Strategic Partnership Manager with Synergy, serving clients in. In his role, he partners with personal injury attorneys to assist them in their goal of maximizing their clients’ results. He assists with everything from navigating Medicare compliance to lien resolution, and government benefits preservation; all to maximize clients’ results after life-altering injuries. Jonathan Ross received his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Ramapo College of New Jersey and his MBA from Centenary University.

Rodd Santomauro is the Vice President of Strategic Partnership of Synergy. A former plaintiff’s personal injury attorney with 25 years to date of consumer advocacy and leadership experience.
