Anthony Mastriano

Director of Strategic Partnership

Anthony Mastriano is the Ohio and western Pennsylvania Market Director of Strategic Partnership for Synergy. He partners with trial attorneys and plaintiff clients to address critical and complicated settlement issues, including healthcare lien resolution, Medicare Set-Asides, and attorney fee deferral programs. Dedicated to providing professional service to his clients, Anthony has established long-term relationships based on delivering reliable, positive, documented results.  He has a decade of experience servicing clients in healthcare at Roche Diagnostics, and spent the past 6 years at Thomson Reuters, supporting attorneys while they built and grew their practices. In this role at Synergy, Anthony leverages his medical and legal experience to help injury victims transition from litigation to life, while allowing trial attorneys to focus on their clients’ cases. Helping others to improve their quality of life is his passion. Born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, Anthony’s father was the concrete superintendent on Towers 1 and 2 of the World Trade Center in New York City. He knew he wanted something different by the time his family moved to Cleveland, OH, where he enrolled in college, earning a dual degree in Information Technology and Business Management. Although he loved living in New York, Anthony enjoys the quality of life, people, and summers on Lake Erie in Cleveland, which he has claimed as his home. He spends his time outside of work traveling, boating, and spending time with his family and friends. Anthony’s philosophy is that he has only a lease in this lifetime. He maintains an active and healthy lifestyle so that his time here will have been maximized to the fullest, no matter the length of his lease.
