Ben Henderson, based in the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex, is a Director of Strategic Partnership for Synergy Settlement Services. In this role, Ben partners with trial attorneys and their plaintiff clients in the critical and complicated issues that arise during settlements, including healthcare lien resolutions, Medicare Set-Asides, structured settlements, special needs trusts and attorney fee deferral programs. A former college and professional athlete with a love for the law, Ben has served law firms in one role or another for the past 18 years. Ben is excited to use this passion to resolve the issues surrounding settlements to benefit injury attorneys and their clients. He joins Synergy after working for industry leader Martindale-Hubbell for many years. Ben was born in Mississippi and raised in Louisiana and Texas. He received his undergraduate degree from Houston Baptist University where he also captained the basketball team. He was accepted by two law schools but chose at the time to pursue his athletic career. Ben is committed to serving his clients with the highest level of integrity and skill. Throughout his career, Ben has gained invaluable knowledge regarding the practices of personal injury plaintiff lawyers, which allows him to be a trusted advisor to attorneys and their injured clients. Ben currently resides in Bossier City, LA with his wife. They have 5 children in their blended family and enjoy the beach, sports and spending time with friends. Partner with Ben here.
