Jonathan Ross is a Strategic Partnership Manager with Synergy, serving clients in. In his role, he partners with personal injury attorneys to assist them in their goal of maximizing their clients’ results. He assists with everything from navigating Medicare compliance to lien resolution, and government benefits preservation; all to maximize clients’ results after life-altering injuries. Jonathan Ross received his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Ramapo College of New Jersey and his MBA from Centenary University. In his role as a Strategic Partnership Manager, Jonathan partners with attorneys and their clients to assist with many issues that may arise during settlements such as healthcare lien resolution, Medicare Set-Asides, structured settlements, pooled trusts and attorney fee deferral programs. Jonathan is driven to help maximize the compensation for as many clients as possible to ensure they see the compensation that they deserve. Jonathan has spent over 15 years in both direct sales as well as sales management in the financial and telecom industries. Jonathan has spent his career partnering with his clients and learning about them and their needs. He enjoys helping his clients operate as productively and efficiently as possible by fulfilling their needs. Jonathan has a customer-first mentality which has allowed him to build substantial relationships and rapport with his clients. Jonathan grew up in New Jersey playing baseball and hockey, and is now an avid baseball fan and coach. He is married with 2 kids. He and his family moved to Florida in 2019 to enjoy life more by being able to play baseball year-round and visit Disney World as often as possible. When not coaching baseball or at Disney World, Jonathan enjoys watching his daughter compete in dance competitions. Jonathan is a fan of the Yankees, Giants, and Devils, and has adopted the Buccaneers and Lightning as well since relocating to Florida. Partner with Jonathan here.
