Strategic Partnership Manager

Jeff Lee is a Strategic Partnership Manager for Synergy in the Pacific Northwest and is based in Seattle. In this role, Jeff partners with law firms to help attorneys and their clients navigate complex issues involving insurance subrogation and healthcare liens.

Jeff was born and raised in the San Fernando Valley area of LA. He then moved to Oregon to attend the University of Oregon where he received a degree in economics and a minor in business. After graduating college, he pursued a career in B2B sales, working with many different companies across all industries. This gave him a basic understanding of how people purchase or evaluate products and services. This path eventually led him to work in the legal community with Thomson Reuters. There he partnered with law firms to help them bring in more business through web-based marketing. He covered all of Hawaii and Alaska, and eventually took on a territory in Seattle, which brought him back to the PNW. He loves connecting the dots with clients, helping to link their business pain and problems to solutions that create more efficiency and allow them to focus on their core business strengths. Jeff’s experience as a sales executive in the tech industry shined a light on how this methodology applies to many of the most successful companies. At Synergy, Jeff leverages this philosophy to help injury victims transition from litigation to life, while allowing trial attorneys to focus on trials, their clients, and practicing law.

Jeff currently lives in Kirkland, Washington and in his spare time he likes to stay in shape, live a healthy lifestyle, and go on road trips to visit friends and family in Portland, Oregon. If the weather is nice, you might catch him running on his local trail or by Lake Washington.
