Jeffery Faulkner is the Vice President of Sales Operations. Jeff’s team of Strategic Partnership Managers handle the incoming opportunities from firms that are not currently managed by outside Business Development leaders. Jeff’s team is driven by the opportunity to help as many families as possible every day and maximize the compensation they deserve. Jeff has spent the last 20 years in direct sales and sales management in the industrial space. Jeff has successfully led sales teams that focus on customer service which in turn drives relationships and builds long term growth and client loyalty. He enjoys watching team members achieve success and change their lives through hard work and a deep understanding of helping others. Jeff grew up in Louisiana and then his family moved to Georgia when he was 12, so he is both a Georgia Bulldog and an LSU Tiger. Jeff is married with 5 kids. He moved to Orlando, Florida in 2017 in order to see the Disney fireworks every night. If he is not at Disney, he is trying to find some other new adventure to take his family on. He regularly makes his wife envious by taking his three youngest girls on lunch dates and shopping for bath bombs. Jeff is a hysterical baseball fan. He has been cheering on the Atlanta Braves since he was in diapers. His dream vacation is to take a trip in an RV during a baseball season and go to one game for each team in every stadium. His retirement home is a cabin in a remote snowy forest without electricity that can only be accessed by helicopter but has access to Braves baseball through a hand crank television.
