Rodolfo “Rudy” Rodriguez-Chomat, MBA, MSHRM, is the Vice President of Strategic Partnership for Synergy in the South Florida area, including, Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Naples and Fort Myers. In this role, Rudy is charged with developing and cultivating new business from personal injury firms throughout South Florida in lien resolution, Medicare set-asides, attorney fee tax deferrals, and  government benefit preservation. Through his 20-plus years of experience working with law firms, Rudy has established long-time relationships with firms throughout South Florida. He spent 15 years as a paralegal and for the past five years, has worked with firms on staffing, HR and most recently, the nation’s leader in attorney digital marketing, Thomson Reuters FindLaw where he was a three-time Century Club Award winner and National Consultant of the Month in August 2018. Rudy understands the intricate nature of law firm procedures. A law firm is a business, and his background allows him to show an attorney how working with Synergy is a great business decision. Rudy was born and raised in Miami Beach and lived in Miami-Dade County until 2008 when he moved to Broward County and currently resides in Pompano Beach, Florida. A graduate of Florida International University with a Bachelor’s degree in Print Journalism, an MBA, and a Master’s of Science in Human Resource Management. The quintessential American story, Rudy’s father migrated from Cuba and through hard work and determination went on to become an attorney, state legislator and Miami-Dade County Circuit Judge. Rudy brings the same work ethic to his clients. With this mentality along with a bold and sincere style, he ensures that his clients get better and more attention to their needs than they could possibly imagine. Outside of the office, Rudy is a father of three children, Alyssa, Nicolas, and Dominic. He is a die-hard New York Yankees, Miami Hurricanes, Miami Heat and Miami Dolphins fan.
