He brings over 20 years of experience in business development, operations, and building strategic partnerships across multiple industries. In his role, he applies his leadership and regulatory expertise, including experience with SEC compliance and filings, to cultivate strong relationships with clients and partners, drive strategic growth, and enhance operational efficiency. He thrives in environments where he can design systems and processes that serve people, not just numbers, while maintaining a focus on integrity and measurable results.

Throughout his career, Antonio has held leadership roles overseeing global operations, strategic initiatives, communications, and fundraising efforts. He has a proven record of creating tailored solutions, securing long-term partnerships, and helping teams and stakeholders achieve meaningful outcomes. He is known for seeing the big picture while ensuring execution and compliance are precise, enabling specialized teams to focus on their most important work.

Antonio is deeply committed to mentorship and community engagement. A proud father and husband, Antonio has a daughter studying Communications at FIU in Miami and a son pursuing International Business while playing college football in North Carolina. Originally from Miami and of Cuban and Spanish descent, he speaks Spanish fluently, which enriches his perspective and strengthens his connection to the communities he serves. After 34 years of practice, his golf game is still a work in progress; he has, however, perfected the art of enjoying family trips to Disney, has a passion for live music, and maintains an unwavering belief that pizza and pasta are life’s greatest foods. He would happily eat them every day.
