Strategic Partnership Manager

Tyler Macaulay is a Strategic Partnership Manager for Synergy. In this role, he partners with personal injury attorneys so they are free to focus on what they do best. He assists with everything from navigating Medicare compliance to lien resolution, and government benefits preservation, all in an effort to maximize clients’ results after life-altering injuries.

Tyler was born and raised in Elizabethtown, KY where most of his family still resides today. He moved to Louisville to attend University of Louisville where he earned his B.S. in Business Administration. Over a decade ago, Tyler began his career in the field of subrogation at one of the nation’s largest recovery vendors. During his time there, he negotiated ERISA, workers’ compensation, and disability liens along with managing relationships for various clients. In the summer of 2021, Tyler decided to come work for Synergy where he knew the work would be more rewarding by helping people recover from their losses. During his first few years with Synergy, Tyler negotiated hundreds of liens which led to over $21 million in savings for injured parties and their families.

Outside the office, Tyler enjoys travelling the world with his wife Lindsey. They have been fortunate to have visited numerous countries as far as New Zealand. He also enjoys spending time on the golf course, hiking, and watching his beloved Kentucky Wildcats and San Francisco 49ers with family and friends. Tyler and Lindsey currently reside in the Louisville metropolitan area.
