Brittany Schott is the Assistant General Counsel and Vice President of Operations for Synergy. Brittany and her team provide plaintiff attorneys with initial consultations regarding lien resolution and Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance services, client onboarding and implementation, and ongoing customer support.
Prior to joining Synergy, Brittany spent six years with The Rawlings Group, the largest insurance claims recovery company in the industry. She managed subrogation operations and served as in-house counsel for Rawlings’ operating center in Florence, Kentucky. Brittany represented the nation’s top health insurers including Aetna and Blue Cross and Blue Shield. She has extensive knowledge of federal laws pertaining to health care subrogation including the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), Federal Employees Health Benefits Act (FEHBA), and Medicare Secondary Payer Act (MSP).
Brittany graduated cum laude from Georgetown College, earning a B.A. in political science and psychology. She earned her J.D. from Charlotte School of Law, graduating magna cum laude. TESTIMONIALS
